These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the Operator.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device, operating system or location from which the Platform is accessed, including users accessing from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and other cities across Pakistan.
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:
To register and maintain an Account on hd77a, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
Age Verification: The Operator reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts that cannot satisfy age verification will be suspended and any funds held will be subject to review and applicable regulatory requirements.
Opening an Account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
During registration you must provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
The Operator is required to verify your identity before processing withdrawals and may request verification at any earlier point at its discretion. Accepted documents typically include a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence, together with proof of address not older than three months. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. The Operator will never request your password by email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the Operator immediately via the contact details in Section 15 of these Terms.
The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or have shared them with a third party.
All funds deposited to your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The Operator does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the cashier and are subject to change at the Operator's discretion.
The Operator provides information about payment methods that may be available for deposits and withdrawals. These may include bank transfers and digital payment options familiar to Pakistani users. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are for informational context only. They do not constitute an endorsement or affiliation with those providers, nor do those providers endorse or support the Operator's gambling services. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. The Operator reserves the right to apply a security review period before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Processing times vary by payment method and are outside the Operator's control once funds have been dispatched.
Where amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) on this Platform, they are illustrative examples unless your Account is specifically denominated in PKR. You are responsible for understanding the currency in which your Account operates and any conversion fees that may apply.
Anti-Money Laundering: The Operator is obligated to comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Any deposit that cannot be satisfactorily accounted for may result in account suspension and referral to the relevant regulatory authority.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by hd77a are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement; slots may contribute 100% while table games, live dealer games or sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or not at all.
Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to an unsatisfied Wagering Requirement will expire after the period specified in the promotion terms — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
The Operator reserves the right to withhold, forfeit or reclaim Bonus Funds — and to suspend or close Accounts — where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a promotion has been abused. Abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; placing low-risk or offsetting bets to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine play intent; and exploiting platform errors or unintended offer configurations.
All bets and wagers placed on hd77a are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event or game type, as published on the Platform. By placing a bet you accept those rules in full.
The Operator reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where it suspects a technical error, where odds were published incorrectly, or where the Operator has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular or fraudulent activity. A bet is only confirmed once you have received an explicit confirmation from the Platform.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or human error resulting in incorrect odds, game outcomes or credited winnings, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and reverse any resulting transactions. The Operator's decision in such matters is final.
References to Pakistan cricket, the Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC T20 and other tournaments are for descriptive context only. hd77a does not hold any affiliation with, or endorsement from, the Pakistan Cricket Board, PSL franchises, the ICC or any other governing body. Odds and markets are subject to availability and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
The Operator reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited activity, including immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to law enforcement authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast or otherwise transmit any part of the Platform's content without the Operator's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Operator may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory non-compliance or any other conduct that the Operator considers harmful to the Platform or its users.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money Balance — net of any pending bonus-related obligations — will be returned to you via an appropriate payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Operator's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of that jurisdiction.
Users in Pakistan are reminded that Pakistani courts may apply local law in certain circumstances. The Operator makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or legally available for use in Pakistan. Access to the Platform from Pakistan is at the user's sole discretion and risk.
The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
